You can add a custom domain to your status page on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
You can use a root domain like acmestatus.com, but your DNS provider must support CNAME flattening, because BetterStatus doesn’t issue A or AAAA records. Learn about CNAME flattening

Adding a custom domain

  1. Go to Status Pages → Your page → Domains.
  2. Click Add custom domain.
  3. Enter your domain. We recommend status.yourdomain.com.
  4. Click Add domain.
  5. If your DNS provider supports auto-configuration, click Auto-Configure and follow the prompts.
  6. Otherwise, copy the CNAME record and add it manually in your DNS provider.
  7. Click Verify to check the record. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate.
  8. You’re done!
