Every incident moves through a clear set of stages.
  1. Started: The incident is triggered either automatically via a monitor or manually through the dashboard.
  2. Acknowledged: The incident is acknowledged on the dashboard and your users are notified that someone is working on the issue.
  3. Resolved: The incident has been resolved. Your users are notified that everything is back to normal.
One exception: SSL certificates. We will not create incidents for upcoming expiration, but we will notify you.
