Get notified by text message whenever a monitor goes down or recovers. SMS alerts are only available on the Enterprise plan.

Enabling for yourself

Go to Monitors → Your monitor → Alerts and enable SMS notifications. Enter the phone number you want alerts sent to, including the country code.

Enabling for your users

Users can subscribe to SMS alerts directly from your status page. Go to Status Pages → Your page → Alerts to control whether SMS is available as a subscription option.

Unsubscribing (users)

Users can reply STOP to any alert message at any time to unsubscribe.
